North Pole Christmas in Ice 2008 is the magical event that lights up the Christmas season in the interior of Alaska. Plans for this year include all of the features of last year plus many new attractions. The children’s play area will have many new features in addition to the ice slides and wobbly toys; we will have many additional exhibition ice sculptures; the music and entertainment schedule is expanded. The food and beverage concession will be operating every hour the gate is open to the public; and, we plan to have our first Kids Carving Challenge.
