CHAPTER VI

Shall the City of North Pole, Alaska, Home Rule Charter be amended to read as follows:
BUDGET PROCEDURE AND GENERAL FINANCE PROVISIONS INDEPENDENT AUDIT:
Section 6.6
An independent audit shall be made of all accounts of the City at least annually and more
frequently if deemed necessary by the Council.  The annual audit shall be made by certified
public accountants employed by the Council and shall be completed within ninety (90) one
hundred eighty (180) days following the close of the fiscal year.

A YES VOTE IS FOR THE PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT, CHAPTER VI

A NO VOTE IS AGAINST THE PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT, CHAPTER VI

Shall Douglas W. isaacson be recalled from office of mayor?

A YES VOTE WILL RECALL THE MAYOR
